THRIFT STORE

Our thrift store, Second Helpings, is just one more way we serve survivors and the community. We receive so many wonderful donations that fill our thrift store. These items are sorted and either given to clients at no charge or, they are put on the sales floor for the public to purchase at extremely low prices.

Second Helpings always needs volunteers to help organize donations, seasonal items and to keep the sales floor running smoothly. For those who help our thrift store, you are serving so many. We simply cannot keep our store running without many hands lightening the load.

Our clients truly benefit from the endless supply of donations and volunteer work we receive at Second Helpings. That pair of shoes you passed along may be the perfect fit for a teenager who doesn’t have a pair of their own. The baby outfits you give away are lovingly held by expectant mothers who may have struggled to keep their babies clothed. The kitchen supplies you no longer use will furnish a kitchen for a family that is starting over, rebuilding a household. When you give to us, you are serving so many in your community.

For more information on how to volunteer, please see our information listed here.

Second Helpings is open Monday-Saturday from 10am-3pm. Closed on all federal holidays.
