Testimonials

"We are all about lifting each other up. We know firsthand how damaging and toxic it is to drag others down and take choices away. This group is founded on giving you your voice back."

"We are all in different places in our journeys. t is easy to look at yourself and think that you will never heal. But you will. Group reminds you of it."

"It is interesting because everyone is at different levels of healing. We do not judge that. It is nice, especially if someone in your life, including yourself, is pushing you to heal too quickly."
