Stalking isn’t just “harmless attention” or “someone liking you too much” It’s a pattern of unwanted contact, attention, or behavior that makes someone feel afraid or unsafe.
It can include:
Following or showing up uninvited
Repeated calls, texts, or DMs
Leaving unwanted gifts or notes
Tracking someone’s location (in person or digitally)
Spreading rumors or personal information
Stalking is about control and intimidation, and it can quickly escalate. If you or someone you know is being stalked, trust your instincts, feeling unsafe is reason enough to seek help.
